The Atlantic PATH is recruiting 30,000 men and women aged 18 to 69 from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador - and we need your help! You can take part by:

• Completing the Online Questionnaire

• Online Questionnaire not for you? We'll send you a Paper Questionnaire

• Book an appointment at one of our Assessment Centres

• Generously provide information and samples by requesting a PATH Pack

• Help us reach 30,000 Atlantic Canadians by becoming a Community Champion
